Neuer Flansch-Monoblock mit Absperrventil

WIKAs neuer Monoblock mit Flanschanschluss ist für Applikationen in der Prozessindustrie konzipiert. Die kompakte Bauform beinhaltet ein Absperrventil zur Trennung des Prozesses von der Geräteseite.

Die einteilige Konstruktion und die gemäß BS6755 / ISO 5208 Leckrate A geprüfte Doppeldichtung (Metall und Kunststoff) geben dem Kompaktgerät größtmögliche Sicherheit. Seine hochwertige Verarbeitung gewährleistet ein leichtgängiges Handling auch bei hohen Prozessdrücken. Typ IBF1 ist wahlweise mit Kugelhahn oder Nadelventil ausgestattet.

Das neue Instrumentierungsventil ergänzt das bisherige Monoblock-Portfolio mit den Typen IBF2 (Block & Bleed) und IBF3 (Double Block & Bleed). WIKA liefert auf Wunsch einen kundenspezifischen Zusammenbau von Messgerät und Monoblock („Geräte-Hook-up“), betriebsbereit und dichtheitsgeprüft. Alle IBF-Typen können auch an Niveaustandsanzeiger und Differenzdruckmessgeräte zur Füllstandsmessung montiert werden.
