Apart from running projects in the Kingdom, Architect Lindemann negotiated upcoming projects. The projects range from urban planning, master planning to architecture and design of highrise towers, hotels, villas, hospitals and malls.

The minister delegation discussed business opportunities with Riyadh Governor Prince Sattam, Minister of Transport Jabara Al-Seraisry, Minister of Housing Shuwaish Al-Dubwaihi, Prince Fahd ibn Abdullah, president of the General Authority for Civil Aviation, and Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri, chief of Saudi Ports Authority. The delegation also met with Deputy Minister Dr. Eng. Habib M.Zein Al Abideen, who studied in Germany and speaks fluent German.
Dr. Ramsauer stated, "Germany offers high-quality products and services with an aim to ensure sustainability and durability". He emphasized that "Saudi Arabia is one of the fastest growing economies in the world and counts to the most important trading partners for Germany in the region". Referring to quality and innovative German technology, the minister said: "We are a bit more expensive than others when it comes to project execution or supplies, but that is a life-time investment, an investment for over 100 years".
The delegation had business meetings with Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry vice-chairman Mazen Batterjee and high ranking Saudi-German business representatives like Sheikh Khaled Juffali and Sheik Mohammed M. Bin Ladin from Saudi Binladin Group.
