Last year's success in San Francisco has proven that one day is not enough to discuss wearable technologies. This year the event will cover the latest industry highlight, new developments, and trends over two days, July 22 and 23.
Flextronics' VP John Dwyer will deliver the keynote speech. The leading end-to-end supply chain solutions company delivers design, engineering, manufacturing and logistics services to a range of industries and end-markets, is also sponsoring the event.
Christian Stammel founder and CEO of Wearable Technologies AG, as well as Harry Strasser (Managing Partner and former CTO at Siemens) will be opening both days and address the issue if wearable technologies can make the final leap from the tech savvy and early adopters to the mass.
In addition, Wearable Technologies AG is going to present a brand new wearable technology report. Bringing in their expertise as the platform with over 3,000 companies, Wearable Technologies AG created, in cooperation with Beecham Research, a leading M2M analyst, an enhanced user segmentation and an in depth assessment of the value chain. This report will be presented at the Wearable Technologies Conference in San Francisco.
The two days of the conference are divided in different sessions, including Health & Fitness, Gamification, Augmentation, Enabling Lifestyle, and a deep dive session by Flextronics. Speakers from established wearable technologies companies, m2m businesses, and start-ups will be discussing Wearables, cloud and m2m communication, connected life, augmented life, smart textiles, internet of things, health monitoring, wearable technology for a better world, and more.
