For the first time this year, two conferences are going to be connected in one event. Lotusphere is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2013, and will be part of IBM Connect 2013.
Through the name change from Lotusphere to Connect, IBM wants to stress the broadening focus of the event, as found in the “IBM Social Business Story”. Lotusphere, which will form part of the content of the IBM Connect conference, will continue to be the main technical component of the Connect 2013 programme.
