Hans-Hermann Bosch GmbH has decided in favor of a customized supply chain management planning system by Wassermann AG to optimize its value-added chain. The SCM project scheduled for the months between May and July 2007 comprises the implementation of the waySCS (Supply Chain Simulation) planning tool and the wayMES (Enterprise Frontend) communication module as well as employee training provided by Wassermann SCM experts. Using the new Wassermann solution, the specialist for mold construction and erosion and CNC milling machines hopes to achieve a significant improvement in transparency across the supply chain, incl. pre-production procedures, as well as to facilitate planning and scheduling tasks.

The waySCS planning tool and wayMES communication module provide planners at Hans-Hermann Bosch with a highly transparent overview of all value-added processes as well as efficient structures for real-time exchange with other divisions and external partners across the entire supply chain.
