Mehrheitsanteile des Partners im Bereich Softwarelösungen erworben / Strategische Erweiterung der stark wachsenden Automatisierungssparte

Die WAGO Kontakttechnik GmbH & Co. KG hat die Mehrheitsanteile der M&M Software mit Hauptsitz in St. Georgen erworben. Für den international richtungweisenden Anbieter von elektrischer Verbindungs- und Automatisierungstechnik ist der Kauf seines bisherigen Entwicklungs-Partners ein weiterer Schritt im Rahmen der strategischen Ausrichtung der stark wachsenden Automatisierungssparte.

M&M Software ist Anbieter von Softwarelösungen für die Bereiche Fabrik- und Prozessautomation, Maritimtechnik, Maschinenbau, Gebäudeautomation und Energietechnik. Schwerpunkte sind dabei Lösungen für Bedienen und Beobachten, Geräteintegration, Engineeringsysteme und Webanwendungen. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt 180 Mitarbeiter in Deutschland und China bei einem Umsatz von etwa 10 Millionen Euro.
