September 2020. Voleatech präsentiert die Open Source Enterprise Firewall VT AIR 100. Das kompakte und preisbewusste Modell eignet sich ideal für Home-Office oder Small Business. Das deutsche Technologieprodukt nutzt wie die größeren Enterprise-Modelle die smarte VT-AIR-Technologie.

Die neue Firewall VT AIR 100 ist speziell für Home-Office-Umgebungen und Small-Business-Anwendungen entwickelt worden. Die Entwicklungsschwerpunkte lagen in den Bereichen Sicherheit und Transparenz sowie auf dem Faktor Kosteneffizienz. Die VT AIR 100 sorgt für einen schnellen Return on Invest, da unter anderem keinerlei Lizenzkosten anfallen und alle Updates inklusive sind.

Die Enterprise Firewall VT AIR 100 ist aufgrund ihrer smarten Technologie (SFP- und RJ45-Anschlüsse) vielseitig einsetzbar. Die CPU verfügt über einen modernen ARM v7 Cortex-A9 Chip und einen 8GB eMMC Flash on board.

Dank des VT-AIR-Linux-Betriebssystems steht den Nutzern eine moderne, schnelle und vielseitige Benutzeroberfläche zur Verfügung. Die Sicherheitsplattform kann unter anderem als LAN- oder WAN-Router, VPN-Router, DHCP-Server, DNS-Server und Intrusion Protection- und Detection-Server eingesetzt werden.

VT AIR basiert auf Debian Linux und bietet unter anderem umfassende Features. Dazu zählen:
