Neben dem VOI e.V. sind u.a. auch die Deutsch-Polnische Industrie- und Handelskammer, die Deutsche Botschaft und der Oberbürgermeister der Stadt Posen in das Projekt einge-bunden. Die Projektleitung und Verantwortung für die Orga-nisation hat die Kölner interim2000.
Bisher haben folgende Unternehmen ihre Teilnahme an dem „German Document Management Systems Pavillion & Fo-rum“ fest zugesagt: Bit-Verlag Weinbrenner GmbH & Co. KG, Ceyoniq Technology GmbH, Disc GmbH, Docutec AG, Docu-Ware AG, DSM Handhabungssysteme GmbH, Easy Software AG, Elo Digital Office GmbH, Headway GmbH, InoTec GmbH, interim2000, Kleindienst Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, Mikro-matic GmbH, Optimal Systems Gesellschaft für innovative Computertechnologien mbH, Saperion AG, und Software In-novation GmbH. Der VOI rechnet insgesamt mit 20 bis 25 teilnehmenden Mitgliedern.
Der deutsche bit-Verlag Weinbrenner GmbH & Co. KG wird den Einstieg deutscher DMS-Anbieter in den polnischen Markt begleiten. Da es in Polen bis heute kein entsprechen-des Medium gibt, wird der Verlag zur INFOSYSTEM eine erste Ausgabe seiner Fachpublikation BIT (Business, Information, Technology) in polnischer Sprache auflegen. Der Grundstein für die Kooperation zwischen dem VOI e.V. und dem bit-Verlag im Rahmen des Vorhabens „German DMS companies going Poland“ wurde bereits auf der SYSTEMS 2003 in Mün-chen gelegt. Hier hatten Verlagsleiter Siegfried Elsaß, Chef-redakteur Jacques Ziegler und Peter S. Nowak, VOI Vor-standsmitglied und interim2000 CEO die Kooperation besie-gelt.
„Für alle Beteiligten ist dies eine einmalige Chance, bei der Gestaltung eines Marktes in einem neuen EU Mitgliedsland von Beginn an mit dabei zu sein“, fasst Henner von der Banck, Geschäftsführer des VOI die Aktivitäten des Verban-des zusammen.
