Mit der Arcor-Vorwahl 01070 sind Ortgespräche jetzt noch günstiger. In der telefonstarken Nebenzeit werktags von 19 bis 7 Uhr und am gesamten Wochenende kosten Telefonate nur 0,98 Cent/Minute. Abgerechnet werden die Gespräche im Minutentakt. Für Arcor Call by Call wählt man einfach die 01070 vor der eigentlichen Orts- und Rufnummer. Eine Anmeldung oder Registrierung ist nicht nötig. Die Minutentaktung für Ortsgespräche gilt vom 4. Juni bis 14. Juli 2004.

Mit den neuen Minutenpreisen ab 0,98 Cent gehört Arcor zu den günstigsten Anbietern. Ferngespräche mit der 01070 sind werktäglich in der Nebenzeit (19-7 Uhr) für 1,19 Cent, am gesamten Wochenende und an bundesweiten Feiertagen zu einem Minutenpreis von 1,24 Cent möglich. Auch diese Telefonate werden im Minutentakt abgerechnet.
