VIROwsi mit neuem Sensor – neueste Technologie in schlankem Design

Auf der diesjährigen AUTOMATICA in München vom 08. bis 11 Juni 2010 zeigt VITRONIC das Schweißnahtprüfsystem VIROwsi. Erstmals wird die neue Generation des Systems mit einem völlig überarbeiteten Sensor und neuen Applikationen präsentiert. Schlankes kompaktes Design kombiniert mit neuester Technologie garantieren Höchstleistungen für inline Prüfungen.

Schon seit vielen Jahren wird das Nahtprüfsystem VIROwsi erfolgreich in den unterschiedlichsten Branchen eingesetzt. Das System prüft objektiv die Naht und schleust fehlerhafte Teile aus. VIROwsi ermittelt Größe und Position aller relevanten Fehler, wie Poren, Löcher, Einbrandkerben und Nahtgeometrie in Echtzeit. Alle Ergebnisse fließen unmittelbar in ein Protokoll ein und werden für spätere Nachverfolgung abgespeichert. Die Nahtqualität ist somit einwandfrei und lückenlos dokumentiert. Die erfassten Daten bilden die Grundlage zur Prozessoptimierung, sowie zur manuellen und automatischen Nacharbeit der Naht. Somit trägt VIROwsi aktiv zur Prozessoptimierung bei.
Mit dem Einsatz des neuen Sensors eröffnen sich neue Applikati-onen. Durch das kompakte Sensordesign wird höchste Zugäng-lichkeit zum Bauteil und zur prüfenden Naht gewährleistet – bis in die kleinste Ecke. Selbst extrem flache Nähte können, dank kom-binierter 2D/3D Bildaufnahme zuverlässig geprüft werden. Auch stark reflektierende Materialien wie Aluminium werden mit dem neuen Sensor auf einwandfreie Schweißnähte geprüft.
