The Supervisory Board of VIB Vermögen AG has appointed Holger Pilgenröther as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Pilgenröther will strengthen the Management Board of VIB Vermögen AG, which currently consists of two members, from the latest as of May 1, 2013.
A graduate in business administration from the European Business School (EBS), Holger Pilgenröther's career path to date comprises extensive experience as a CFO at both medium-sized companies and listed corporations.
