Der schwedische Staat gibt grünes Licht für Verkauf der Braunkohlesparte

Am 18. April 2016 hatte Vattenfall der schwedischen Regierung als seinem Eigentümer den Verkauf der Braunkohleaktivitäten in Brandenburg und Sachsen an den tschechischen Energieversorger EPH und dessen Finanzpartner PPF Investments vorgeschlagen. Der Eigentümer hat nach einer Prüfung des Vorschlags nun bestätigt, dass er die Verkaufspläne unterstützt.

Der Verkauf soll zum 31. August 2016 vollzogen werden, vorbehaltlich der kartellrechtlichen Freigabe durch die Europäische Kommission.
