Weltpremiere auf der Parcel+Post Expo: Der niederländische Systemintegrator VanRiet Material Handling Systems BV präsentiert Anfang Oktober auf der Leitmesse für die internationale Post-, Paket- und Expressdienstbranche in Amsterdam zum ersten Mal seinen neuen Sorter für Kleinpakete. Das Tochterunternehmen der amerikanischen Material Handling Systems, Inc. (MHS) hat eine neue Anlage entwickelt, die auf die Bedürfnisse der Branche zugeschnitten ist. Den Namen und die Hauptfunktionen der Neuheit gibt das Unternehmen auf der Messe bekannt.

„Angesichts der wachsenden Menge an kleinen Artikeln, sich ändernden Verpackungen und der ständigen Notwendigkeit von kurzen Lieferzeiten ist eine automatische Lösung zur Sortierung von kleinen Paketen nicht länger nur ein Wunsch, sondern ein Must-have für unsere Kunden“, sagt Frank Engelen, Product Manager bei der VanRiet Material Handling Systems BV. VanRiet hat dies rechtzeitig erkannt und mit einer neuen, speziell auf Kleinpakete ausgerichteten Sortieranlage Abhilfe geschaffen.

Sich von der Neuheit selbst überzeugen können die Besucher der Amsterdamer Post- und Paketdienstmesse Parcel+Post Expo. Vom 1. bis 3. Oktober führt VanRiet dort am Stand 1020 die Sortieranlage dem Publikum live vor und enthüllt ihren Namen und ihre Hauptfunktionen. Darüber hinaus ist die Muttergesellschaft MHS Global inklusive deren zweiten Tochterunternehmens OCM auf der Messe vertreten und stellt eine neue Lösung vor. Als Möglichkeit zum Netzwerken lädt MHS am ersten Messetag, Dienstag, den 1. Oktober, ab 17.30 Uhr zu einem Kick-Off-Event mit Getränken und Snacks am Stand 430 ein.
