POWTECH is the world’s undisputed number one for powder, granule and bulk solids technologies. It reflects the current state of the art in mechanical processing technologies and instrumentation. A top-grade supporting program rounds off the exhibition concept. 15.498 Visitors and 704 exhibitors from 73 countries attended this important trade fair in 2013.
For UWT this is one of the most important trade fairs and UWT was proud to present their latest products and developments regarding level control. New in their portfolio - UWT introduced the Siemens non-touch Radar LR560 and its diverse applications. UWT was chosen by Siemens as the first Solution Partner in Bavaria for the new Radar unit LR560 due to their long establishment and extensive experience within the bulk solids industry.
On a more general note, we were very pleased with the large number of visitors who took part in our „Allgäuer Track Challenge“ – a remote control tractor race. We had fun and we hope our visitors had as well.
The first three prizes went to:
1. Place - Stefan Müller, Nora Systems GmbH - 1:05 min
2. Place – Fabio Sollazzo – 1:07 min
3. Place – Jan Niklaskloft – 1:08 min
All three winners can look forward to receiving a selection of Bavarian specialties in the post.
The exhibition was nicely rounded up with our Bavarian Warm-up Party which was enjoyed by everyone.
