pdf-Office Professional 12.0 with table editor and new functionality

From now on version 12.0 of the pdf-Office Professional is available. Thus, the further improved successor of version 11, which took first place in the overall ranking, in No. 12 of the c't 2014 test "fill assistants" (in connection with the fdf-Converter).

pdf-Office Professional is the affordable alternative to Adobe Acrobat ©. Created with pdf-Office Professional PDF forms can without restrictions in Adobe © Reader XI completed and stored locally, or sent as an email attachment. In addition, PDF forms which are created with Adobe LifeCycle © and are not in the Reader XI can be saved, could be loaded, saved again and thus made storable.

The version 12 provides a unique tool from PDF editors for creating tables. The generated tables can contain any combination of form fields and text boxes; and be designed in diverse ways. Particular attention was paid to the ease of use. Among other things, form field names are automatically assigned; acquiring existing formatting in new line and the tab order is set automatically. Tables, once created can be saved as a template.
In addition, improvements have been entered into almost all program areas. So are such as shadows and rounded as a design element available. New alignment functions facilitate the placement of any objects. Moreover, search and replace simplifies handling in the text editor.

pdf-Office Professional includes everything that is required from simple to professional PDF forms. From simple text field above calculation fields to complex programming features of PDF forms. An easy-to-use form editor that from the white sheet off - also allows occasional creating forms with minimal training.

pdf-Office Professional is available for Microsoft from Windows Vista, Mac OS 10.6 and Linux and costs 117.81 EURO including VAT. A demo version can be downloaded at www.pdf-office.com and be tested free without time limits.
