Managementberatung beruft Xiaolong Hu zum Partner

Die Managementberatung UNITY hat Xiaolong Hu (41) zum Partner ernannt. Damit würdigt sie insbesondere seine Leistungen beim Auf- und Ausbau des China-Geschäfts. Als Geschäftsführer der Landesgesellschaft UNITY Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. hat Hu seit 2014 zwei Niederlassungen in Shanghai und Peking aufgebaut. UNITY begleitet sowohl europäische Stammkunden auf ihrem Weg nach China als auch chinesische Neukunden. „Die technologieorientierten Managementansätze aus Deutschland sind bei unseren Kunden in China sehr gefragt“, erläutert Xiaolong Hu die aktuelle Marktsituation, „Die Nachfrage nach unseren Fokusthemen Digitalisierung und Innovation ist auch in China äußerst hoch.“

„Ohne Xiaolong Hu wären wir in China heute nicht das, was wir sind. Er vereint europäisches und asiatisches Denken in einer Person und ist somit in der Lage, unsere Kunden auf beiden Kontinenten erfolgreich zu machen“, erläutert Stephan Bille, Vorstand bei UNITY.
