We’re in the middle of the skiing season. Thanks to modern software, grinding skis can just about be done via smartphone: At least that’s the case for the operators of the grinding robots from MONTANA. With the MONTANA Digital World, they can always keep track of their tools and maintenance cycles.
For the industry, in the ski service and also for you
Every operator of an up-to-date grinding robot from the product range “Saphir PRO” and “Blue Pearl” can utilize the MONTANA Digital World. This provides an overview of the current workload of the machines. The platform is based on the software Intrexx.
The workload history of the last days, months and years is recorded statically. Upcoming service appointments are listed clearly. Furthermore, operators are provided with information about the state of consumable materials in the digital machine cockpit. With this, they know, for example, how long the grinding stone can still be used for.
Operators can access the information from the MONTANA Digital World conveniently via smartphone – from anywhere in the world. The MONTANA service technicians are also provided with the most up-to-date information about the machine’s status. This enables them to plan preventative maintenance and service calls. In doing so, the MONTANA Digital World helps to prevent downtimes: Ski service providers and rental stations can rely on their most important investment.
Who benefits from digitalization? The customers
Each grinding robot is integrated into the MONTANA Digital World via a secure interface. The cloud platform therefore receives all of the device’s relevant information in almost real-time.
The software behind this provides a variety of functions: From a secure login through to real-time visualization of machine data in the cloud cockpit.
The Knoll enterprise group consistently relies on digitalization. The innovation forge behind the MONTANA ski/board service machines creates incredible practical benefits for their customers thanks to this.
