The first impression counts, not just on a first date, but also when a new employee joins a company. The initial phase of an employment relationship is a decisive period and will have a considerable influence on the future of the employee and the company. It is thus very important to ensure that new colleagues are given a proper induction since this is the only way they can become productive quickly, and gain a positive impression at the start of their new role.
The new "Intrexx Workplace Induction" application is used to quickly and systematically familiarise new staff members. Any type of induction task can be set up, from setting up the PC workplace through to the organisation of probationary meetings. The tasks are then assigned to the new member of staff or to any other colleague in the company for completion. Furthermore, the application can be used to create individual FAQs and information about the company and to make these available.
The systematic approach is designed to enable new staff members to familiarise themselves with their new role faster, ensure constant professional management and achieve high productivity in a short time. The standardisation of the induction process enables increased effectiveness, for example, by standardising the organisational tasks.
The application was created in conjunction with the respected specialist publisher C.H.BECK. They have provided the application with professional specialist information on the induction process. This is displayed directly on the application interface at the appropriate points. This provides valuable assistance to the new staff member, their supervisors and the personnel department.
"Intrexx Workplace Induction" is part of the Intrexx Talent Management Suite and may be subsequently expanded to include additional modules. The first module "Intrexx Employee Review" has already been released, and is designed to aid the successful execution of staff review meetings of all kinds and can be purchased on the Intrexx Application Store.
