United Internet confirms preliminary figures for FY 2011 and raises dividend proposal

Preliminary figures confirmed / Dividend proposal raised to € 0.30 per share

The Management Board and Supervisory Board of United Internet AG (ISIN DE0005089031) today announced the final and audited figures according to IFRS for fiscal year 2011. The final financial figures and customer contract figures do not differ from the preliminary figures for 2011 in the ad hoc announcement of March 12, 2012.

At the same time, the Management Board and Supervisory Board of United Internet AG have agreed on a dividend proposal of € 0.30 per share (prior year: € 0.20).
