Das Spaichinger Softwareunternehmen UB-Software Entwicklungs- und Vertriebs-GmbH blickt auf ein sehr erfolgreiches Jahr 2011 zurück. Der Umsatz konnte um über 20% auf 1,6 Mio. EUR bei annähernd gleicher Beschäftigtenzahl (21 Mitarbeiter, darunter 5 Teilzeitkräfte und 3 Azubis) gesteigert werden.

Hauptumsatzträger ist seit der Gründung im Jahre 1993 das ERP-System MAJESTY, das sich insbesondere in der Medizintechnik- und Zerspanungsbranche einen hervorragenden Ruf geschaffen hat und bei annähernd 500 Firmen im Einsatz ist.

UB-Software ist als Softwarehaus seit der Gründung am 01.01.1993 durch Geschäftsführer Uwe Bader erfolgreich mit MAJESTY am Softwaremarkt vertreten. Schwerpunkt von UB-Software bilden Entwicklung, Support und Vertrieb der hauseigenen ERP-Lösung Majesty. Mit 21 Mitarbeitern am Standort Spaichingen bietet UB-Software neben der reinen Software auch alle Leistungen an, die zur erfolgreichen Implementierung und dem reibungslosen Betrieb einer Software gehören. Dies ist neben Einführungsberatung, Schulung, Vor-Ort-Support und Hotline auch betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung zur Optimierung der Unternehmensprozesse. Mit MAJESTY arbeiten derzeit ca. 500 Unternehmen im In- und Ausland. Ein großer Anteil der MAJESTY-Anwender (über 60%) ist herstellernah in Baden-Württemberg in den Hochburgen für Medizintechnik (Raum Tuttlingen) und Drehteile (Raum Heuberg) angesiedelt.
