cgmunich GmbH übernimmt Property Management für Cordea Savills

Die cgmunich GmbH - ein Unternehmen von TÜV SÜD - übernimmt das Property Management für zwei weitere Objekte eines von der Cordea Savills Invest GmbH gemanagten Spezialfonds in Hamburg. Für den Fonds wurden kürzlich die Bürogebäude "VTG Center" in der Amsinckstraße 57-61 / Nagelsweg 34 mit einer Mietfläche von ca. 21.000m² und am Glockengießerwall 21/22 mit einer Mietfläche von ca. 15.000m² in der Hamburger Innenstadt angekauft. Das Mandat für cgmunich beinhaltet das kaufmännische und technische Property Management.

Seit Juni 2014 gehört die cgmunich GmbH zum TÜV SÜD-Konzern. Der internationale Dienstleister bietet in seiner Division Real Estate & Infrastructure ein umfassendes Dienstleistungsspektrum an, um die Immobilienwirtschaft entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette zu unterstützen.
