Die ungenutzten Anlagen stammen aus einem ehemalig geplanten Methylmethacrylat (MMA) Produktionsprojekt. Fast 1.000 Positionen stehen zum Verkauf, darunter große Reaktoren, Kolonnen und Wärmetauscher, sowie hunderte von Pumpen, Flansche und Rohre. Unter Anderem werden mehr als 20 neue Kolonnen, mit einer Größe von 300 mm bis 4.500 mm Durchmesser und 8.600 mm bis 38.800 mm Höhe, sowie über neue Wärmetauscher, in unterschiedlichen Größen veräußert. Viele der Positionen befinden sich noch in der Originalverpackung und sind nach ASME und TÜV zertifiziert.
