Trivadis unterstützt die Zürcher Kantonalbank bei der Einführung ihrer neuen Wertschriften-Plattform

Zum Jahresbeginn 2006 hat die Zürcher Kantonalbank eine neue Plattform für die Wertschriftenabwicklung in Betrieb genommen. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes, das unter anderem die Ablösung von 23 Altsystemen und die Integration von 46 Umsystemen in die zentrale Wertschriften-Drehscheibe von Avaloq beinhaltete, war Trivadis mit mehreren Teilprojekten betraut: Zum einen mit der Umstellung des bisherigen Reportings von einer Mainframe Applikation auf eine zeitgemässe Plattform, zum anderen mit der Sicherstellung von Performance und Datenbank-Betrieb. Trivadis konnte somit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum erfolgreichen Start der neuen Plattform leisten.

Nach einer Entwicklungszeit von zwei Jahren ging das neue Wertschriften System der ZÜRCHER KANTONALBANK am 3. Januar live. Im Verlauf der Migration wurden 23 Altsysteme abgelöst. Neu bildet das Avaloq Banking System die zentrale Wertschriften-Drehscheibe. Diese steht in Verbindung mit ca. 46 Umsystemen. Trivadis war innerhalb des umfassenden Migrations-Projektes mit folgenden Teilprojekten betraut:

Reporting
Im Teilprojekt Reporting wurden zwei Mainframe-Applikationen auf eine zeitgemässe Plattform migriert und funktional erweitert. Bestellwesen- und Wertschriften-Reporting verwenden neu Java, XML, IBM Websphere Application Server sowie IBM Websphere MQueue und Oracle als Basistechnologien. Damit wurden Anforderungen an Flexibilität, Skalierbarkeit und einfache Erweiterbarkeit elegant erfüllt.

Performance
Trivadis verfügt über eine erprobte Performance Management Methodik sowie spezialisierte Tools zur Analyse von Oracle-Datenbanken. Nach dieser Methodik und unter Einsatz der entsprechenden Tools wurde das System zusätzlich optimiert.
Des Weiteren hat Trivadis auf Basis standardisierter DBA-Aktivitäten sämtliche Entwicklungs- und Testsysteme des Projektes überwacht und betrieben.
