After a brief online registration, the business owner receives a QR code and a ready-to-print PDF file. Once the file is printed and posted at the business, the work is done!
All the guests have to do is scan the QR code with their smartphone, enter their data and then show the autoresponse from safelyvisit.com to the business’s employee as proof that they registered. No extra app needed!
Any guest that registers has the option to be included on the business's marketing list. If they opt out, the private information is NOT visible to the business’s employees, only the visitor's name and location will be displayed.
There is no paper trail that has to be safely destroyed, there is no contact, there is no pen that has to be disinfected, no paper that has to be printed, no daily preparations; the process is absolutely contactless, quick and easy.
In the event of a suspected infection with Covid-19, the business management can access the guests data for that specific day. Once they access the data the guests will be automatically informed by email through safelyvisit. This is also the only way the data can be viewed. Safelyvisit automatically and reliably deletes visitor data after 31 days.
The main concern while developing safelyvisit was the data protection and the privacy of the guests. All transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS and as mentioned before, a guest is informed automatically should their data be viewed by the business.
