Tricentis, a global leader in enterprise software testing solutions, today announced it sponsored and participated in the Catalyst Programming Contest, Austria's largest developer event. Held in Vienna, Austria on October 11, the goal of this year's event was to create a program for the elevator control system of the proposed 400-floor Dubai City Tower.

Over 500 programmers competed in the event, representing several countries in addition to the hosts, Austria and Romania. The age range was just as diverse, with the youngest being 13 years old. In addition to serving a silver sponsor, a Tricentis team also participated in the event, placing 66.
