TREX.PARTS is the efficient solution for the B2B spare parts trade in industrial trucks. Founded in 2019 as a joint venture between FRICKE and Jungheinrich, the company has since grown rapidly to establish itself as a cross-brand online platform in the material handling industry, challenging previ-ous standards in the spare parts market and setting itself the task of setting new standards in trans-parency for customers.
At LogiMAT, the International Trade Fair for Intralogistics Solutions and Process Management, TREX.PARTS is not only presenting its expanded brand and product portfolio in Hall 10, but also new functions in the web shop that make it even easier for customers to find the right spare parts for their needs.
New additions to our range in the webshop
With a range of more than 13 million items – including spare parts from original manufacturers, com-mercial brands and its own brand – TREX.PARTS offers a comprehensive selection for maintenance, service and repairs. The product management team registers around 300 new additions every month – in addition with up to 400 new crosslinks per month, which are displayed transparently in the arti-cle descriptions in the web shop. The latest addition to the original brand range are Heli, Hangcha and PRAMAC.
Manufacturer-type search
With a user-friendly search and advanced filter function, as well as a consistently transparent display in the webshop, customers can quickly find the parts they need and decide for themselves which quality level is required for the upcoming repairs. If it is not immediately clear which spare part is needed, the manufacturer-type search in TREX.PARTS can help. This all-in-one solution uses ex-ploded-view drawings to help find the right part across all brands and devices. So far, over 50 devices can be found using the manufacturer-type search, with new devices being added every month. Cus-tomers can then order the right spare part or a suitable alternative from the web shop with just a few clicks and benefit from worldwide delivery, often as early as the next day. A particularly useful feature is that vehicles from your own fleet can be marked as favorites, making it easy to access all available drawings for the respective device.
Optimize business processes with interface services
In our efforts to optimize our customers' business processes, TREX.PARTS offers advanced interface services. These enable smooth, fast, and secure data transmission that automates orders, invoices, and other business-critical documents. The interface services are presented as a flexible modular sys-tem that is specifically designed to meet the individual requirements of customers.
