Since 1st March 2014 SRI Radio Systems GmbH has a new name: TQ-Systems Durach GmbH. The company with headquarters in Durach, southern Germany, has officially been part of the TQ Group since 31st July 2013, a group of companies which provides extensive system services right from the idea to the finished product. The renaming is a further step towards the company's integration in the TQ Group.
"Due to the close cooperation with the ten other sites of the TQ Group, we are able to offer our customers an extended range of products and services and have access to greater capacities. We want to make this full range of offers and our association with the group even clearer externally. That is why we have decided to include 'TQ' in our company name", explains Volker Mackert, General Manager of TQ Systems Durach GmbH.
Above all this new name means a change to the company's appearance - for example the TQ logo will replace the SRI logo. Whereas the contact details remain unchanged and the change of name also has no effect on existing contracts.
In the course of the integration process, the change of name is just one of many components: "Last year we started the project "TQ SRI integration" at all TQ sites, to make use of synergies, increase the competitiveness of the TQ Group and finally to ensure the long-term success of our company. In line with the motto 'We all learn from each other', we take on the best elements of the existing processes in every company. We look forward to a joint and successful future - with TQ and now also as TQ", explains Volker Mackert.
