Monday, June 26: 25 Years Ceremony
The week started with a bang as we celebrated our 25th anniversary. With more than 430 esteemed guests in attendance, it was an event to remember. Our gathering was the perfect blend of camaraderie and celebration, filled with memorable performances and great conversation. Some of the highlights of the night were the magical stage shows and LED drummers that brought an undeniable energy to the event.
Perhaps the most memorable moment was the laser sword fight between our board members Thomas Renner and Wilhelm Kaenders. Their playful duel was not only a spectacle, but a testament to the innovative spirit we embody as a company.
Tuesday, June 27: Start of LASER World of PHOTONICS
The eagerly awaited LASER World of Photonics trade show followed on the heels of the anniversary celebrations. The LASER World of PHOTONICS event held from June 27 to 30, 2023, created an exceptional atmosphere within bustling halls, fostering lively discussions among a diverse and international audience. As the world's foremost trade fair for the photonics industry, it brought together more than 1,300 exhibitors, with 66 percent representing countries beyond Germany. These exhibitors showcased their cutting-edge innovations to approximately 40,000 visitors. Impressively, nearly 55 percent of these attendees hailed from outside Germany, reflecting the event's global reach. Additionally, the World of QUANTUM once again garnered an overwhelmingly positive response.

Our booth party on Wednesday was a particular highlight. It was gratifying to see so many of you stop by, exchange ideas and share the excitement of innovation. The energy at our booth was a tangible testament to the shared passion we all have for pushing boundaries and creating a better future with photonics.
