„agil, digital, flexibel“ lautet das Motto des 13. Personalforums Energie vom 21.-22. Juni 2018 in Hamburg. Im Fokus stehen dabei Digitalisierung und Innovation als Kernaufgaben der HR. Gesucht sind neue Ideen für die Rolle von HR, innovative Ansätze und Tools. Beate Bruns, Geschäftsführerin der time4you GmbH, und Axel Wolpert, Senior Sales Consultant time4you GmbH, werfen im Rahmen der Fachtagung einen Blick auf Lernwelten 4.0 und stellen aktuelle Trends im digitalen Lernen vor.

Das Lernangebot und die Toolvielfalt haben sich im Zuge der Digitalisierung der Aus-/Weiterbildung enorm erweitert. In Unternehmen und im privaten Umfeld ist es heute selbstverständlich, mit Smartphones und Tablets zu lernen. Sogenannte Chatbots und virtuelle Assistenzsysteme sind aktuell bereits in der Erprobung. Wo liegen hier Potenziale für das Lernen, welche Techniken setzen sich durch? Diese Punkte diskutieren Beate Bruns und Axel Wolpert in ihrem Vortrag „Lernwelten 4.0 - wie mobile Anwendungen und KI die betriebliche Aus- und Weiterbildung verändern“ am 22. Juni (09:45-10:20 Uhr).
