Start of sales of the braided carbon wheels for Ducati Panigale V4

(PresseBox) (Kesselsdorf, )
  • Early start of sales of the thyssenkrupp carbon wheels for Ducati Panigale V4, V4 S and V4 R
  • Pre-registered customers will be served first, with deliveries starting mid of May
  • Order processing via manufacturer’s website and dealer network
In December 2020, thyssenkrupp Carbon Components announced the pre-registration for their exclusive braided carbon wheels for the Ducati Panigale V4, V4 S and V4 R. Only three months later, the road-legal carbon wheels are now available for purchase on the manufacturer’s website as well as through its dealer network. The thyssenkrupp carbon wheels are the only ones in the world to have passed all certifications to be road-legal across the globe.

Complying with the procedure announced in December, the numerous pre-registered customers will be served first and are set to receive the first braided carbon wheels for their Ducati Panigale V4 in the upcoming months, which is weeks earlier than first expected. Customers who decide to purchase thyssenkrupp’s first carbon wheels for single-sided swingarm motorcycles have to expect a delivery time of 12 to 16 weeks due to high demand and hundreds of pre-registered wheel sets to be delivered in advance.

The braided carbon wheels for the Ducati Panigale V4, V4 S and V4 R are the only aftermarket carbon wheels which are road-legal worldwide as they successfully passed the ABE, DOT E and JWL certifications. Those extravagant wheels complete the look and design of the Panigale V4 like no other accessory while improving the acceleration, braking, turning and damping performance thanks to the reduced rotating and unsprung masses.

CEO Dr Jens Werner: “We are excited to bring our new Ducati Panigale V4 wheels to the market and equally happy to see our braided carbon wheels conquer more roads and racetracks across the globe in 2021. In addition, there will be more models of various manufacturers being added to our product range already in the next weeks and months. The development of our aftermarket carbon wheels range continues to be extremely strong in 2021.”

In addition, thyssenkrupp Carbon Components is celebrating the start of sales with a special launch movie that is broadcasted on the company’s website and YouTube channel.
