Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of shareholder A.S. Holding A/S ("Holding"), which is owned 50% each by Audar Sundvall and Rune Sundvall.

Thinfilm announced on 13 March 2012 that it had placed 25,000,000 million shares in a private placement. After the exercise has been registered, Thinfilm's share capital will amount to 329,819,086 ordinary shares.

Following the transaction, Holding holds 16,370,922 shares and 120,00 Warrants, corresponding to 4.99 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of Thinfilm.
