Reference is made to the company's announcement on 17 October 2011 regarding Warrants exercise, where Thinfilm announced that 23,254,000 Warrants A and 190,000 Warrants B had been exercised in the exercise period 3 to 14 October 2011. After the exercise has been registered, Thinfilm's share capital will amount to 304,544,086 shares.
ASAH AS exercised 1,300,000 Warrants A at a subscription price of NOK 0.90 per share.
