Das Unternehmen bildet in drei Berufen aus: Einzelhandelskaufmann, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann sowie Informatik. Die Ausbildung dauert in der Regel drei Jahre. Dank des starken Wachstums von The Phone House gegen den Markttrend hat der Telekommunikations-Anbieter alle Auszubildenden, die ihre Ausbildung im Jahr 2005 abgeschlossen haben, in eine Festanstellung übernommen. Auch die Zahl der Praktikums- und Diplomandenplätze hat das Unternehmen deutlich – um knapp 70 % – angehoben.
Darüber hinaus schafft The Phone House bis zum Ende des Geschäftsjahres 2005/06 (am 31. März 2006) rund einhundert neue Arbeitsplätze. Das Unternehmen ist auf Wachstumskurs und baut seine Shopkette derzeit kräftig aus: Allein im August eröffnete das Unternehmen Filialen an fünf neuen Standorten, am vergangenen Wochenende seinen 83. Shop in Lüneburg. Bis zum Ende des laufenden Geschäftsjahres will The Phone House weitere 40 Shops in Eigenregie sowie im Franchise-Betrieb eröffnen. In diesem Zusammenhang sucht The Phone House neue Mitarbeiter im Verkauf mit hoher Kundenorientierung und einem Gespür für Telekommunikations- und Mobilfunkprodukte.
