TGW Lifetime Services Under New Management

TGW Systems Integration GmbH announces that Rainer Busch has been appointed Head of Lifetime Services of the Austrian general contractor for intra-logistics systems.

Leading Logistics Solutions - this is TGW's focus when developing and implementing intra-logistics solutions worldwide. The company appointed Rainer Busch as new Head of Lifetime Services to further increase and implement its high standard of quality in long-term customer and system support service. "A successful customer project is not finished with the final acceptance of the installed system", explains Harald Schröpf, Managing Director at TGW. "It is important to us to support our customers the best we can during the entire service life of their automated logistics solution."

Rainer Busch has been working as Director of Customer Support and Managing Director for the entire customer support section of an intra-logistics systems integrator in Central Europe for the last 12 years. Before that, he had been responsible for international customer support of a technology provider in Heidelberg, Germany. "Rainer Busch is a very experienced and valuable associate for TGW who will push the expansion of our service business", says Harald Schröpf. This service business expansion in particular concerns the comprehensive full technical support of logistics installations such as Audi in Neckarsulm, Germany.

Rainer Busch's field of responsibility also includes sales and realisation of maintenance, repair, hotline, spare parts management, consulting and retrofit services. "My goal is to complement TGW's sophisticated solutions and ensure long-term satisfaction of our customers", explains Rainer Busch. "I am looking forward to the direct contact with our customers and diversified possibilities to prove TGW's extensive service portfolio.
