(PresseBox) (Munich, )
For a few weeks now, the Munich based software and engineering specialist Teraport is sailing under a new flag. The Breilmann Group surfaced as the preferred partner during 2010’s M&A process. Breilmann AG the major company of the Breilmann Group is an owner led engineering and consulting company with a strong focus on logistics. For over 25 years now it has been established on the automotive market. “Our competences don’t really overlap, however we still feel very much at home within the Breilmann Group,” says Raphael Heilig, new managing director at Teraport GmbH. He offers further details: “As a small to medium sized business with our focus on high-quality services and specialized software there are very unique constraints that need to be considered in order to be successful. The Breilmann Group offers perfect conditions to fulfill those special needs. Therefore we are able to continue Teraport’s own recipe for success and continually grow in the future.” In addition to Heilig Mr. Christian Borchers who is also the CEO of the Breilmann AG will complete the management board of Teraport GmbH. He himself is pleased with the expansion of the groups business activities along the product lifecycle: “In the past the Breilmann AG an iSILOG GmbH were focusing very much on production and logistic. The new addition gives us a boost in the area of product development, especially when it comes to virtual technologies. This provides lots of opportunities in the near future.”
