Teraport GmbH, a Company belonging to caatoosee ag, was represented for the first time as a Partner at the enteo Software GmbH exhibition booth at CeBIT 2007. The participation at this trade fair was characterized by the presentation of the new enteo V6 software. To complement the software innovations, Teraport, as an enteo Competence Partner, placed its main focus at this trade fair on the expanded advantages of the software. The additional benefits for the Client are the transparent illustration of IT costs and clearly defined service packages. A decisive factor for this is the know-how Teraport has built up in the integration of knowledge of business and technical processes.
Contrary to expectation, great interest was shown in migration and other IT service topics
In addition to requests for information on migration to the latest enteo software, there was a distinct interest in our services in the field of IT Service Management. With the Teraport Modular IT System it was possible to present our range of services offered to interested parties at this year's CeBIT in a clear and easily comprehensible manner. Due to its modular structure, the services can be offered either individually or in combination, and hence provide the Client with an individual and cost-effective solution. The modular architecture is designed in such a way that all the respective services are represented in Service Level Agreements. In his résumé of this year's participation at the CeBIT, Uwe Mader, Divisional Manager IT Services at Teraport GmbH stated: "The first concrete projects have confirmed that our service portfolio addresses the current problems of our Clients, and our clearly defined Service Level Agreements also meet their demands for defined services and the transparent statement of costs."
