New tariff option run-times.
Customers in tariffs "Simsay Global" and "Türkyildiz" demanded shorter run-times for their tariff options. Therefore the run-times of "International Flat 500“ und „National Flat 500“ are now changes to 14 days. Both tariff options contain up to 500 Minutes that can be used to call national and international destinations.
Telogic enabled all changes for Simsay within a very short period of time to meet the fast changing market demands in the German ethnic prepaid market. Flexible systems like BSS and IN are the basis for creating tariff options for specific ethnic segments.
The top up campaign requires custom made changes in Telogic's BSS to track customer top ups that are done with Simsay vouchers, third party vouchers (Paysafe, viload), direct (credit card via web) and automatic top up. The system also takes care of marketing messages via SMS that make customers aware of these benefits.
