TAMPOPRINT® AG, well known as leading manufacturer of tampon printing machines, has successfully introduced onto the market already more than 18 years before a further marking technology, the product group ALFALAS® laser systems. Precisely working high-performance automation lines with a production capacity of up to 80.000 parts marked per hour prove the process competence of TAMPOPRINT® AG whereby especially the combination of the two technologies tampon printing and laser marking, in fully automated machines and standard machines, constitute a unique range of products on the world market. The ALFALAS® UV laser technology, based on a wave length of 355 nm, will open new markets in the fields of colour changes of plastics and removal of lacquer (laser marking on solid-coloured, high-gloss coated paperboards and special prints). The solid body laser technology has been successfully used in stand-alone workplaces or automations for more than 18 years. TAMPOPRINT® AG has specialized in sophisticated applications and here is now also the frequency-doubled (532 nm) laser technology available that can be used for marking and inscription.
