Klarstellung zur Pressemitteilung vom 14.04.2005 "SAP-Lizenzen dürfen verkauft werden"

Im Nachgang zu unserer Pressemeldung vom 14.04.2005 stellen wir auf Veranlassung von SAP ergänzend klar, dass SAP susensoftware keine "offizielle Genehmigung" zum Verkauf gebrauchter R/3- und mySAP-Lizenzen erteilt hat. Zwischen susensoftware und SAP bestehen weder ein Händler- noch ein Partnervertrag.

susensoftware hat bereits in der Vergangenheit gebrauchte SAP-Software an neue Nutzer verkauft oder deren Verkauf vermittelt. SAP erteilt die Zustimmung zur Weitergabe der Software susensoftware nach denselben Grundsätzen wie anderen Kunden und Nutzern von R/3- und mySAP-Software dann, wenn hierbei die entsprechenden Nutzungs- und Weitergaberegelungen der SAP eingehalten werden.
