Wie schafft man Transparenz über Projekte, Ressourcen und Prioritäten, wenn Daten in unterschiedlichen Systemen liegen?

Mit dieser Fragestellung beschäftigte sich unser Kollege Markus Köster auf der Meisterplan Connect 2026 in seinem Vortrag „Integration als Erfolgsfaktor“.

Anhand seiner Erfahrungen zeigte Markus, welche Herausforderungen und Erfolgsfaktoren bei der Integration von Meisterplan in bestehende Prozesse und Systemlandschaften eine Rolle spielen und wie dadurch mehr Transparenz und Effizienz im Projektportfolio geschaffen werden kann.

Besonders spannend war der Austausch mit den Teilnehmenden zu den Learnings bei der Einführung integrierter PPM-Landschaften.
