Karl-Heinz Birkner (52) ist mit Wirkung zum 1. Februar 2009 zum Mitglied der Geschäftsführung der STILL GmbH berufen worden. Er wird in der STILL-Geschäftsführung die kaufmännischen Bereiche verantworten. Karl-Heinz Birkner übernimmt diese Funktion von Harald Pinger, der das Finanzressort der STILL GmbH vorübergehend zusätzlich zu seinen Aufgaben als CFO der KION Group innehatte.

Der Diplom-Kaufmann Karl-Heinz Birkner ist seit mehr als 25 Jahren in verschiedenen leitenden und Geschäftsführungsfunktionen in Gesellschaften der KION Group tätig. Zuletzt verantwortete er den Bereich Internal Audit der KION Group und leitete gleichzeitig den Finanzbereich des Hydraulik- und Komponentengeschäfts des Konzerns.
