Auto­kinder­sitze: Viele sind gut und vier mangelhaft

Von 37 getesteten Auto­kinder­sitzen schnitten 22 gut ab. Kritische Schad­stoffe und Sicher­heits­mängel brachten vier Auto­kinder­sitzen ein mangelhaft ein. Zu diesem Ergebnis kommen die Stiftung Warentest und der ADAC in ihrem aktuellen Test Autokindersitze, der in der Juni-Ausgabe der Zeit­schrift test erscheint.

Wegen kritischer Schad­stoffe schneiden zwei Modelle mangelhaft ab. Im Bezugs­toff fanden die Tester deutliche Mengen des Flamm­schutz­mittels TCPP. Alle anderen Sitzbezüge im Test erwiesen sich bei den Unter­suchungen auf schädliche Substanzen als unkritisch. Ein Frontal­aufprall wurde dem Crash Test Dummy in zwei Sitzen zum Verhäng­nis.
