The workshop will provide tips to unlock the challenges of rework.
The workshop will include a 30-minute multi-media presentation, two hours of hands-on demonstrations and instruction, and a Q&A session to conclude. Rework approaches covered will include PoP, QFN/QFP, 0201/0402, LED and PTH.
