Die Stadtwerke Schwerin sind seit heute Morgen von einer Störung ihrer IT-Systeme betroffen.

Derzeit läuft die Analyse, welche Systeme in welchem Ausmaß gestört sind.

Die Versorgungssicherheit für Strom, Gas, Wasser, Wärme sowie city.kom-Internetprodukte ist nach derzeitigem Stand uneingeschränkt gewährleistet. Diese Systeme laufen in einem abgesicherten und vollständig eigenständigen Netz und sind nach derzeitigem Kenntnisstand von keinerlei Einschränkungen betroffen.

Die Stadtwerke sind weiterhin in ihren Kundencentern in der Eckdrift 43-45 sowie in der
Mecklenburgstraße 1 für die Kundinnen und Kunden da. Telefonisch ist das Stadtwerke Kundencenter über folgende Rufnummern erreichbar: 0385 633-1403, -1447 sowie -1474.

Außerdem sind die gewohnten Störungsmeldungen weiterhin besetzt:
- Störungen Strom-, Gas-, Fernwärme-, Trinkwasser- und Abwassernetze: 0385 633-4222
- Gasgeruch und Störung der Gasversorgung: 0385 633-3360
