Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien (kurz DtGV) hat im Jahr 2014 gemeinsam mit dem Nachrichtensender N24, rund dreißig umfangreiche Service- und Beratungsstudien, über 500 Website-Bewertungen, mehr als 100 Lieferservice-Tests und 3.795 Kundendienstchecks durchgeführt.

Ein gewaltiger Pool an Zahlen, Daten und Fakten, aus dem heraus noch einmal branchenübergreifend die Besten der Besten ermittelt wurden, um diese mit dem "DtGV Service - Award 2015" auszuzeichnen.

Die Preisträger wurden in den fünf Kategorien gekürt:

- Lieferservice
- Benutzerfreundlichkeit der Website
