Im Rahmen Ihrer GIO Initiative veranstaltete die IBM Corporation am 5. und 06. November in Amsterdam / Niederlande einen so genannten "deep dive" - eine GIO - Diskussion zum Thema - Water and the Oceans - an der Industrie Vertreter - Entrepreneure, Vertreter der Academia, Venture Fonds sowie Vertreter der UN und weiterer Organisationen teilnahmen.

Zu dem Expertenkreis zählten u.a.

Verschiedene Vertreter der Stadt Amsterdam, United Nations,
University of Newcastle, Marine Institiute of Irleand,
Zuckerberg Institute for Water Research,
European Water Partnership, Aracadis, das Woodrow Wilson Center,
International Water Association, DOW Europe sowie National Geographic als GIO Partner ebenso wie Herr Thomas Schulze - Gründer und Geschäftsführer von http://www.cleantech-europe.com sowie http://www.spirofrog.de - der Erfinder des Cleantech Innovation Challenge.
