Die Mitarbeitenden von SPIRIT/21 haben jedes Jahr die Wahl: wollen sie zum Geburtstag eine kleine Überraschung in Form eines Geschenkgutscheins oder "nur" eine Grußkarte und die Gutscheinsumme wird am Jahresende gesammelt und gespendet? Im Jahr 2022 haben 151 Mitarbeitende die Spende statt des Gutscheins gewählt, die Geschäftsleitung hat die Summe verdoppelt und somit 9.000€ an den Förderverein des Klinikums Böblingen-Sindelfingen übergeben können.

SPIRIT/21 wurde 1998 als Aktiengesellschaft mit Sitz in Ehningen gegründet. Heute verfügt das Unternehmen über Geschäftsstellen in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt und München und beschäftigt 90 festangestellte Mitarbeiter.
