Up to now, voice controlled phone conversations could be annoying. Too poor recognition, too bad pronounciation, to the opinion of many callers. On top, domain providers were struggeling with designing sophisticated call flows: strictly predetermined sentences had to be answered with specified instructions. Alterations required substantial programming.

SpeechConcept is now launching an application server to overcome these obstacles and to revolutionize the voice market. Designing individual call flows is as easy as 1,2,3: by means of a user friendly web based PC interface, all options of a phone call are defined and altered.
