Speech Design, ein führender europäischer Anbieter von Messaging- und Mobility-Lösungen für Unternehmen und Netzbetreiber, wird Mitglied im BlackBerry® Alliance Program von Research in Motion® (RIM). Mit der Mitgliedschaft im BlackBerry Alliance Program forciert Speech Design die Weiterentwicklung seiner Mobility Lösung Teleserver Mobile Pro.

BlackBerry wird Festnetztelefon

Teleserver Mobile Pro bindet alle BlackBerry® Smartphones als "mobile Nebenstelle" in das Firmennetz ein und erweitert damit den BlackBerry, um viele Komfortfunktionen der Telefonanlage des Unternehmens. Alle Büroanrufe können nun wahlweise am BlackBerry oder am Festnetztelefon angenommen bzw. initiiert werden.

One Number Service

Mobile Mitarbeiter sind somit überall unter einer einzigen Geschäftsnummer (Büro – Festnetznummer) erreichbar und handlungsfähig. Anrufe können überall entgegengenommen und bearbeitet werden. Rückfragen, weiter vermitteln oder Konferenzen aufbauen sind so mit dem BlackBerry einfach, schnell und flexibel wie am Bürotelefon möglich.

Eine Mailbox

Nur noch eine Voice-Mailbox informiert den Mitarbeiter über alle Sprachnachrichten. Alle Nachrichten können bequem am PC angehört werden. Mobile Pro unterstützt viele der bereits vorhandenen Voice-Mailsysteme sowie die Handymailbox.
