BlackBerry becomes a landline phone
Teleserver Mobile Pro integrates all BlackBerry® smartphones into a company network as "mobile extensions", thereby enhancing BlackBerry capabilities with many of the convenient functions already provided by a company’s telephone system. All office calls can now be made and accepted either on the BlackBerry or on the landline phone, as desired.
One-number service
Mobile employees are reachable and functional under the same business number (office – landline number) wherever they happen to be. Calls can be accepted and processed from any location. In addition, the BlackBerry can now be used for consultation hold, call forwarding and setting up of conferences just as easily, quickly and flexibly as on an office telephone.
One mailbox
A single mailbox is used to inform employees of all voice messages, which can be conveniently listened to on the PC. Mobile Pro supports many of the existing voice mail systems and the cell phone mailbox.
